Our Service

Home Physio Co. was established to provide reliable, person-centred and high quality therapy services for NDIS clients (adults) and people supported by Home Care Packages (>65 years old) in the community in Metropolitan Southern Adelaide. We pride ourselves on our expertise in a rehabilitation setting, our communication skills with clients and coordinators, and most importantly; achieving client goals.

Physiotherapy assessment and management

  • We have experience working with stroke and other neurological conditions, amputees, pulmonary and musculoskeletal conditions and general reconditioning

  • Rehabilitation style approach with a focus on physically progressing clients towards their functional goals

  • Mobility assessments, recommendations, and training to family and carers

  • Development of individualized exercise programs

  • Assessment and prescription of equipment

  • Pain management and injury prevention

  • Report writing and progress updates

Community/home based care

  • Our service is 100% community based - so our Physiotherapists visit you in the comfort of your own home

Fridays + Saturdays: All day 8:30am - 9:30pm
